• Identity: You must be a real individual. Accounts cannot be registered in the name of a company or organisation.
• Single Account: Only one account is permitted per person. Any attempt to create multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• Mental Competence: You must be of sound mind and fully capable of making your own decisions.
• Unrestricted: If you have previously opted for self-exclusion, you will not be able to register until that exclusion period has expired.

24 Bets may request ID or other documents for age verification at any time. Failure to submit the required documents may result in a temporary account suspension.

When creating an account on 24 Bets, you are required to provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to close any account found to have used false or misleading details.

• Accurate information: Your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address must all be accurate.
• Password Protection: Keep your account password confidential and do not share it with anyone. Use a strong password with at least 8 characters, combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Account security: If you notice any unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately. 24 Bets is not liable for security breaches resulting from your own negligence.
• Information Updates: If your contact details change, please update your profile immediately.
• Account transfer: Selling, transferring, or lending your account to any other person is strictly prohibited.

Completing the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process may be mandatory, particularly for large withdrawal amounts. This process is in place for your own protection.

The following rules apply to all betting activity on 24 Bets — including pre-match, live, and special markets.

• Bet confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — however, the cash-out option may be used if available.
• Odds change: Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at the time of confirmation will stand, even if the odds change afterwards.
• Event cancellation: If an event is cancelled, the full stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Technical error: If incorrect odds are displayed due to a server or technical error, 24 Bets reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Maximum win limit: Maximum win limits may apply to certain markets and events, and will be displayed before a bet is placed.
• Accumulator Bets: Multiple events can be combined into a single bet. If one event is cancelled, it will be removed and the odds will be recalculated based on the remaining events.

24 Bets supports the most popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals.

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (one hundred taka).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 (five hundred taka).
• Withdrawal timeframe: Processing is typically completed within 24 hours. During peak periods, it may take up to 48 hours.
• Same method: Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the original deposit.
• No hidden charges: 24 Bets does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees. However, your mobile banking provider's own charges may apply.
• Currency: All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

24 Bets regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. To take advantage of these offers, the following terms and conditions apply.

• Wagering requirement: Each bonus comes with specific wagering requirements (typically 10–30x the bonus amount). These must be met before any withdrawal can be made.
• Single claim: Each bonus offer can be claimed once per person. Multiple claims from members of the same household or the same IP address are not accepted.
• Duration: Every bonus has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once that period ends.
• Eligible markets: Some bonuses are only valid for specific sports or markets. Please read the offer details carefully.
• Minimum Odds: Bonus wagering generally requires bets to be placed at minimum odds of 1.50 or higher.
• Abuse: If bonus abuse is detected — including arbitrage or manipulation — the bonus will be forfeited and the account closed.

• Match Fixing: Attempting to artificially influence or participating in manipulating the outcome of any event.
• Bots & automation: Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets.
• Fraud: Operating an account using stolen payment details or a false identity.
• Money laundering: Using the platform to launder money or legitimise funds obtained through illegal means.
• Multiple accounts: Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers.
• Hacking: Attempting to breach or probe the platform's security systems for vulnerabilities.
• Insider information: Placing bets based on confidential or insider information.

• Deposit limit: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion: If you feel that betting is becoming harmful to you, you have the option to exclude yourself for a set period of time.
• Cooling-off period: A temporary break of 24 hours up to 30 days can be taken.

24 Bets reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances.

• Breaching any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Involvement in fraudulent or deceptive activities.
• If registration using false information is confirmed.

• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

If an account is closed under normal circumstances (with no rule violations), any remaining balance will be refunded. However, balances may be forfeited if the closure is due to a breach of our terms.

If you wish to close your account at any time, please notify our support team. Make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.

24 Bets may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be informed of any changes before they take effect through the following means.

• Effective date: Changes typically take effect 7 days after the notice is issued.
